Fans are excited and sad as the upcoming chapter 430 of the manga is also the last one. The final fight of the story reached its climax a while ago. However, Horikoshi wanted to give all the storylines a satisfying conclusion with a few epilogue chapters. Unfortunately, that is also coming to an end with the next update.

What Can Fans Expect From My Hero Academia Chapter 430?
As it is the final chapter of not only the epilogue but also of the entire My Hero Academia manga, fans do not know what to expect from the upcoming installment. However, it is likely that we will get to see Deku, the protagonist of the manga, and what finally became of him and his friends after the devastating war. We might also receive an update on whether or not Deku will finally become a Pro-Hero or whether he will live a peaceful life with only the embers of One For All remaining inside him. The previous update of the manga was really emotional and beautiful, and fans can expect an equally heartfelt final chapter from Kohei Horikoshi.
My Hero Academia Chapter 429 Recap
The latest chapter of the manga begins with a mysterious boy, but he was not Tenko aka Shigaraki as fans had hoped. But a monologue reveals that the boy had a “freak variant” quirk which made his family lock him up in a room in their basement. After years of neglect, his family left him for dead as they fled the country during the war. But thanks to an explosion destroying the house, he is able to crawl out of the basement. Once outside, he is shocked and angry to see everyone happy and working together.
The scene then moves to Uraraka who was struggling with the death of Himiko Toga and blaming herself for it. When Deku arrives at the hilltop to check up on her, she cries and opens up to him about it. She feels guilty as Toga died while giving Ochaco all her blood after she was stabbed. She wonders if things would have been different if they had met as kids. Izuku answers that he thinks the same thing about Tenko and if he could have helped him as a child.
He then comforts Uraraka and says that from now on, they will try their hardest to reach everyone so that they can make a difference. All of their classmates also come up to them and Tsuyu hugs Ochaco. Bakugo asks Deku about his quirk and the latter answers that he has some embers of the power left as he had already completed One For All. We then see the students having fun at Aoyama’s farewell party and All Might and Hawks talk about the future of Hero Society.
The last part of the narrative once again comes back to the mysterious boy who is finally free and feels wronged. Just as come black liquid starts to drip from his fingertips, someone holds his hand. It turns out to be the same old woman who had met him before and she reveals that she had always wondered if a hero had helped a boy that day. She remembers how Izuku’s sacrifice had moved everyone to help one another and tells the boy that he will be fine because Granny is here. Uraraka and Deku look at the heartwarming scene as the chapter comes to an end.
