My Hero Academia Season 7 Episode 12 Recap
The latest episode of MHA begins with the heroes standing around while Bakugo seems to have died. Shigaraki starts to verbally assault the heroes for putting the young students at the frontline of the war. The villain then targets Mirko and ensnares her in his growths inside the Sky Coffin.
The episode moves to another battlefield in Kamino Ward where Dabi comes back stronger than ever after copying Shoto’s Phosphor. Skeptic hacks into the power grid of the Sky Coffin, causing mass panic. In another location, Hawks and Endeavor watch as AFO revives back to his younger body thanks to Eri’s quirk. Although powerful, the villain would not last long in this body. He states that he wants to free Tomura and give him his AFO quirk. When Hawks asks what his goal is, All For One answers that he wishes to destroy the future of this world.
The scene cuts to the Sky Coffin where Bakugo still lies lifeless and Jeanist tries to revive him. Edgeshot decides to use his quirk to become Bakugo’s heart, making the ultimate sacrifice for the UA student. Tomura’s new form allows him to almost overpower Mirio and Jeanist. Desperate, Mirio takes an unconventional approach to stall the villain for a little bit. The moment’s delay allows Deku to finally appear at the location where he will begin his final fight against Shigaraki.
