A Reddit thread, originally posted by u/mike_ross_90, revealed titles like Sopa: Tale of the Stolen Potato, Wargrove 2, Atlas Fallen, and more as upcoming Wave 1 additions this month. According to the leak(s), the following additions will happen in August 2024 on Xbox Game Pass:
- Sopa: Tale of the Stolen Potato – August 6
- Creatures of Ava – August 7
- Crash N Sane Trilogy – August 8
- Mafia: Definitive Edition – August 13 (Confirmed)
- Wargrove 2 – August 15
- Atlas Fallen – August 22
- Core Keeper – August 27
At the time of the writing, only Mafia: Definitive Edition has been confirmed by Microsoft as the new Game Pass arrival in August, but fans can expect the announcement to happen soon. For the unversed, Mafia: Definitive Edition is a remake of Illusion Softworks’ 2002 crime action-adventure game. The 2020 remastered version has been developed by Hangar 13, while 2K serves as the publisher.
Besides Mafia: Definitive Edition, Crash N Sane Trilogy is another remastered compilation of the first three titles from Crash Bandicoot series. The games that have been remastered in the trilogy include Crash Bandicoot, Cortex Strikes Back, and Warped, which were originally developed by Naughty Dog. However, the remastered trilogy was developed by Vicarious Visions, with Activision being the publisher.
