The popular manga series Hunter x Hunter made a phenomenal comeback this year with 10 brand-new chapters. However, after the release of chapter 410, we learned that the series will enter another indefinite hiatus. This definitely broke the hearts of millions of fans worldwide as they had been waiting for the manga to come back for almost two years. However, it seems that the series will make a comeback soon.
Togashi Is Preparing At Least 50 New Hunter x Hunter Manga Chapters
Even though the series is on a break, Yoshihiro Togashi regularly updates the fans about his work on his official X (formerly Twitter) account. Previously the author showed his work till chapter 424, and fans were glad to see the author working on more new issues. Readers were hopeful that they will get at least 10 more chapters sometime in 2025 as Togashi had already finished inking and adding dialogues to them. But the author recently showed fans a glimpse of his recent work and revealed that he’s working on at least 50 new chapters.
In the post, Togashi mentioned that he is in the process of adjusting the dialogues and timelines for the next 50 chapters of the manga. He also said that all of these issues will be published in the future, which means readers will get up to chapter 460 sometime in the near future. Moreover, Togashi revealed that after he’s finished with these, he will go back to inking and progressing the storyline even further for more chapters. All of this points towards many more chapters and a long future ahead of the series.
The latest issue of Hunter x Hunter was titled Negotiation: Part 4 and it focused on the dangerous card game between Heil-Ly leader Morena and Borksen. Even though she wanted to choose the ‘X’ card in the end, Borksen couldn’t say it as she cheated in the game. This forced her to join the Heil-Ly ranks and become a part of Morena’s destructive plans for the Kakin Empire. Moreover, we learned about how the first prince Benjamin has been infected by something and wants to ensure his rise to the throne before the time is up. That’s why he enforced the Special Martial Law to hunt down all the other princes. Fans are eager to learn what happens now that there are only four more princes left.
