Togetic will be the Pokemon of Pokemon GO’s April 2023 Community Day, according to Niantic. About the event

In the five hours following the event, players who are unable to participate during the designated times can find Togetic in Four-Star Raids. Successful players will witness Togetic swarming the gym for 30 minutes.
A Community Day Special Research story that is only available on Togetic and bonuses like 2x Candy when capturing Pokemon are also part of the event. When completing Timed Research tasks centred on the development of Togepi, one of the cutest baby Pokemon, players will also get up to 5 Sinnoh Stones. Similar themed stickers and rewards, such as Ultra Balls, will be available on Togetic’s Community Day once Community Day-themed Field Research tasks have been completed. This Togetic Community Day might be useful for players who bought the Jirachi Masterwork Research. Players are tasked with catching 385 Pokemon from Kanto, 385 from Johto, and 385 from Hoenn in the first phase of the research.
