One Piece Chapter 1114: Spoilers
According to sources, Chapter 1114 of One Piece is fundamental to the Final Saga as Vegapunk finally states that Joyboy was a Giant from Elbaf and posits that he was the first pirate in history.
The world listens in awe and rapture and is mainly filled with reaction shots from around the world. Among them, we see Doflamingo laugh and tell Magellan that they should move upstairs for better reception. Akainu appears angry as always- that’s his job at this point. Luffy’s Gear 5 is also back and he’s fighting off Warcury in this chapter.
Vegapunk theorizes that the sea level will rise 1 meter every time there’s an earthquake and he says this in a way to mean that these earthquakes won’t be natural. Saturn, in his attempt to destroy the Den Den Mushi, enters the ‘Mother Flame’- it’s a small flame submerged and suspended underwater in one of Vegapunk’s chambers.
The room appears similar to the chamber that hosts Vegapunk’s main brain. It’s eerie. Vegapunk mentions the second reason for his execution being his continued research into the Poneglyphs and says that while he hasn’t deciphered everything, he’ll say what he knows. That’s when he talks more about Joyboy who existed 900 years ago.
Imu also watches in silence and the Gorosei on the island start panicking. Joyboy was a Giant 900 years ago and was likely the first pirate to sail the seas in history- and we realize the Giant Strawhat in Mariejois thus belongs to Joyboy. He also had a strange body that could stretch and had the properties of rubber.
One Piece Chapter 1113 Recap
One Piece Chapter 1113 was all about the Gorosei fumbling their bag. V Nusjuro takes out a Giant and all of the Pacifistas to arrive face-to-face with Nami’s group. Sanji comes in clutch to save them by kicking Nusjuro but a bit later he’s reeling from ice and pain.
Robin hears the voice of Saturn who’s also nearby and approaching them and her face turns pale as she recognizes it as the same voice that she heard back in Ohara on the Den Den Mushi. Nami and Ussop immediately jump in to protect her meanwhile Brook attacks Saturn.
The highlight of the chapter is Mars finding out the Special Den Den Mushi he found was indeed a fake and the broadcast still doesn’t stop.
