One Piece Chapter 1131 Recap
Luffy starts talking to Loki about how excited he is about being in Elbaph since his crew has been trying to find it for a long time. Loki tries to talk to him but the protagonist’s constant babbling doesn’t stop. The Giant Prince yells for him to shut up and tells him not to speak without permission. We learn that the Accursed Prince has a bounty of 2.6 billion Berries. Loki then reveals that he has been chained up here for six years, and the Jewel Tree Adam and the Sea Prism Stone chains stop him from using his powers.
He offers to obliterate one pirate crew of Luffy’s choice if he can grab the key from the village and free him. He then reveals that this place is known as the Underworld, a place where nobody dares set foot. Loki also has control over many giant beasts who surround Luffy. Some normal-sized humans also peek from behind the trees and Loki reveals they are his subordinates. They talk about how they don’t want to get knocked unconscious by Luffy like they did with Shanks. Luffy easily befriends the giant beasts and asks about Shanks.
Loki calls Shanks a coward, which causes Luffy to try and hit him with Gear 4. Loki says he’s only joking but internally promises to kill Luffy once he’s free. Elsewhere, the Straw Hats are seen running away from Rodo, Gerd, and Goldberg. Hajrudin and Stansen hunt down a massive moose and plan to cook its meat for the Straw Hats. At the Elbaph ship, Brook cuts Robin’s hair the same way it was before the timeskip. It’s revealed that she did it so Saul could easily recognize her. But at the end of the chapter, someone is seen yelling out that Dr. Saul has fallen and won’t wake up.

A fan theory suggests that Shanks becoming a Yonko might be related to his visit to Elbaph and Loki’s imprisonment. In the upcoming issue, the Accursed Prince might reveal why Shanks came to the Giant’s island and unleashed his powerful Haki. Saul’s condition will also be revealed in the issue, and fans will learn whether he is in danger. The rest of the Straw Hats will finally reach Elbaph along with Dorry Broggy and the other giants.
