One Piece Episode 1098: What To Expect
In One Piece Episode 1098, we can expect CP0, led by Lucci to finally land on Egghead. We might see Zoro clash against Kaku again and maybe even the beginning of Lucci vs Luffy. Since the last episode ended on Vegapunk about to explain more about the Iron Giant and reveal more about Kuma’s modifications and his reasoning for it, there’s a chance the next episode will also delve into those plot points.
One Piece Episode 1097 Recap
In One Piece Episode 1097, we saw how Vegapunk met Dragon in Ohara months after the Buster Call’s destruction of the island. We also saw the two giants from Little Garden- Dorry and Broggy fishing out the wet books of Ohara from the lake, thus salvaging them to safety.
Vegapunk admits that his reason for not joining up with Dragon and his revolutionaries is because they are poor and he needs the World Government’s money and resources to conduct his research and inventions. Dragon also declares his intention to create an army to fight the World Government here.
We also learn that the Giants know the value of those books and they were being led by a certain Giant in bandages which Robin immediately connects to be her savior- Jaguar D. Saul. Shaka admits that he’s in hiding and he won’t reveal his location to protect him.
On the other side, we see the real Vegapunk reveal his devil fruit- The Brain Brain Fruit which allows him to remember everything he sees and grants him genius levels of intelligence, memory, and intellect. As he explains the various abilities, functions, and possibilities of his fruit, we see Lucci and the rest of CP0 get closer to landing on Egghead to assassinate Vegapunk.
