One Piece Live-Action Season 2 reveals Little Garden cast a day after the reveal of the Baroque Works Agents cast. This puts many fans at ease who initially thought that Little Garden might get skipped due to pacing issues and narrative relevance. The Giants in Little Garden aside, we also got the cast of Crocus who we meet at the Red Line after the Strawhats enter the Grand Line. We’ve listed the announced cast below along with their most notable roles.
- Crocus will be played by Clive Russell. You may know him as Blackfish Tully in Game of Thrones. He’s also appeared in the 2009 Sherlock Holmes movie as Captain Tanner.
- Dorry will be played by Werner Coetser– a fresh face in the industry and this will be his first major role in Hollywood.
- Brogy will be played by Brendan Murray– an established stage actor best known for his Broadway performances in War Horse. He’s also appeared as Sam Butcher in an episode of The Boys in Amazon. His latest, critically acclaimed performance includes Murdoch Mysteries where he plays Frank Rhodes.
Fan Reactions To Little Garden Cast Reveal In One Piece Season 2
Fans seem generally satisfied with the new casting choices for the Giants in Little Garden and Crocus. They are excited for Crocus’s hilarious gag that takes place within Laboon and they know Clive can pull it off based on his acting and mannerisms in previous performances.
As for the Giants, the fans are happy that Werner and Brendan resemble their characters- at least facially. Fans are excited for the sneak peek and trailers showcasing the Giants with some even saying the CGI for the Giants will be hilarious but in a good way.
