In August 2024 PS (PlayStation) Plus subscribers got to play LEGO Star Wars The Skywalker Saga, Five Nights at Freddy’s Security Breach, and Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights for free. On September 3, the monthly PS Plus games will be rotated out once again, with the introduction of three other PS4 & PS5 titles. NBA 2K24
With NBA 2K25 having its global launch in September 2024, there is a solid chance that players might get to see its predecessor as one of the PS Plus free PS4 and PS5 games next month. For the uninitiated, NBA 2K24 is a 2023 basketball video game that is available on PlayStation 4 and 5, along with multiple other platforms. The game brought cross-platform play for the first time in the series’ history, while the developers introduced numerous new moves to the game.
Atomic Heart
Atomic Heart, a 2023 FPS title, might turn out to be another addition to the monthly catalog of PS Plus free PS4 and PS5 games in September 2024. The game is leaving Game Pass at the end of August 2024, which makes it ideal for Atomic Heart to become a free monthly game on PS Plus soon.
The FPS game offers an alternate history setting of the Soviet Union, where players are forced to deal with various threats ranging from mechanical to biological. The game also has RPG elements, where the characters can gain powers like telekinesis, freezing, and more to fight against the enemies.
Besides the two games, there are other titles like Lies of P, Sonic Frontiers, GRIS, Little Nightmares II, and more that can also make their way to PS Plus monthly lineup for September 2024. Sony will officially unveil the remaining two games on August 28, while they will arrive on September 3.
