PUBG Mobile 3.3 Metro Royale Chapter 21 – What Is Zombies Uprising Mode About?
The all-new Zombies Uprising mode has arrived with PUBG Mobile Metro Royale Chapter 21, where players will have to fight off the hordes of monsters, collect supplies, and evacuate. The zombies are spread all over the Misty Harbor map, while a couple of special locations also feature zombie bosses with deadlier power.
Thus, one will need to remain alert throughout a match to defend themselves against the zombie bosses and enemies using new weapons and items. Apart from the zombie battles, players will also get to witness time-of-day (day, dusk, and night) changes with new weather mechanics, which add to the intensity of the mode.
PUBG Mobile Metro Royale Chapter 21 – New Zombie Bosses, Enemies, Weapons, And Items
The Zombie Uprising mode will feature multiple categories of bosses and enemies, which pose varying threats. The zombie bosses spawn at specific locations, marked on the map, and bring a new set of combat challenges for the players. Here are the zombie bosses that players will encounter in Zombie Uprising:
- Mutants – They hide at Power Station and attack the players with a club.
- Paimen – These kinds of zombies appear at School and can turn out to be tough bosses to defeat. They can execute close-range (with fists) as well as long-range attacks, while also being able to summon groups of zombies.
- Variant-F – The deadliest zombie boss, Variant-F, can be found at Mine Warehouse (Radioactive Zone). They attack the players with fire bombs, which can be a bit harder to defend against.
Apart from the specific locations, bosses will also appear all over the map through special containers. During the map, more such containers will fall from the sky and make things difficult for the players. The threat will increase as the match progresses and the danger will be at the highest during the night time.
Along with zombie enemies all over the town, players will spot special supply crates. These crates will provide loot upon opening, but will also attract zombies to the location. In addition to the enemies, PUBG Mobile Metro Royale Chapter 21 has also brought new weapons and items, which includes the following:
- Flamethrower – Allows players deal fire damage to the zombie enemies.
- M134 – A new machine gun, ideal for dealing with the hordes of zombies.
- Stealth Serum – Available via Blackmarket, Stealth Serum will allow players to become temporarily undetectable by the zombies.
- Lure Grenade – Players can throw the Lure Grenades to trick zombies away from themselves. They can throw the grenade in a certain direction to trick the enemies.
- Special Traits – In Metro Royale Chapter 21, players can use the Special Trait System and Bonus Special Traits to modify their gear and elevate combat abilities. Various schematics are accessible in Zombies Uprising, which can be used at Workstations for modification.
There are multiple other system and gameplay updates, which players can access after installing the PUBG Mobile 3.3 version. For the uninitiated, Metro Royale Chapter 21 will go online in PUBG Mobile on July 12, 2024 and will remain available until September 9. Thus, players can log into PUBG Mobile to check out new Metro Royale content, while Chapter 21 is online.
