Krafton has big plans for the upcoming PUBG Mobile 3.2 update. A latest sneak peek on the “stunning content” that awaits the battle royale game has hinted at a PUBG Mobile x Transformers collaboration. It could be the next entry in the list of epic crossovers PUBG has had with movies such as Godzilla vs Kong and Mission: Impossible.

Currently in beta development, there is no news about the release date for the version 3.2 update. That hasn’t stopped Krafton from revealing some of its plans.
PUBG Mobile X Transformers Collaboration For Version 3.2 Update Will Release In May 2024
A PUBG Mobile x Transformers collaboration has been a part of the rumor mill since the beginning of the year. The latest tweet has almost confirmed the crossover. In the Sneak Peek for Version 3.2 update, fans can see blueprints for robots or mechas. Mechas are giant humanoid robots that have been the highlight of many tech movies, including Transformers.
It is worth mentioning that Transformers One, the upcoming film in the Transformers franchise, will be released in September this year. Given the tidings of a potential collaboration between the movie franchise and the popular battle royale game, PUBG Mobile Version 3.2 update could be launched globally a few weeks before Transformers One hits the theatres.
The 3.2 update for PlayerUnknowns Battlegrounds: Mobile could also be launched in May 2024, considering that the previous two updates (3.0 and 3.1) had a a gap of two months. PUBG Mobile 3.0 was launched in January while 3.1 hit the mobile screens in March.
Previously, Krafton confirmed that the PUBG Mobile Version 3.2 update will push the boundaries of mobile gaming by introducing a 120 frames-per-second (FPS) feature. Beta testing for the 120 FPS is underway. A higher frame rate captures more footage in a second, allowing players to be aware of their surrounding areas while playing on a Map and react quicker to enemies.

PUBG Mobile x SpyxFamily crossover is currently live. Players can get new cosmetic items, including the signature styles for the anime’s main characters – Loid Forger and Yor Forger.
