Ashutosh “Punkk” Singh Reveals His Separation From TeamXO
Ashutosh Singh better known as Punkk, a professional Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) and New State Mobile player, recently disclosed that he is no longer associated with Team XO and has taken a vacation from competitive gaming. He remained silent about the specific cause behind his departure from Team XO or absence from games like BGMI and New State Mobile.
In an earlier Ask Me Anything (AMA) session, Punkk stated that he plans to resume participating in BGMI esports scrims once the game is back or when an official tournament is announced by KRAFTON.
What was the reveal all about?
During a recent livestream, Punkk discloses that he was not a part of TeamXO and had left the squad a long time ago. Continuing that note, he also acknowledged that he was taking a leave from the competitive scene and had not played any games in a long time, not even with his teammates. He stayed away from BGMI and New State Mobile and left TeamXO, although he did not give any statement on why. Maybe the time was bad for him, he said, and his frame of mind was not appropriate for competitive play. Additionally, when asked about which team he would play once the game returns, he responds, he himself is not sure about it.

Punkk concludes that statement by saying “I have observed that not everyone sticks by you during difficult times. When the game resumes, I will tell you everything,” he promised.
Conclusion
Punkk is undoubtedly one of the finest players and had received recognition globally. Maybe the situation he is dealing with is not in his favour, but stars can’t shine without darkness. He will surely make a notable comeback soon.
