Re:Monster anime is another one of your generic power-fantasy isekai series with similarities to That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. This means the episode will release a day early- sometime on Monday, April 15, in most parts of the world. Re:Monster Episode 3: What To Expect
In Re:Monster Episode 3 we can expect to see his Ogre class’s speciality skills and all the new skills he learned from eating the Red Bear. We’ll also see his left hand heal from the battle and maybe even see him making progress on learning human knowledge. The show could go in any direction but from the trend it has set we can be sure he’ll be leveling up again.
Re:Monster Episode 2: Recap
Re:Monster episode 2 showed us how bro Gobrou keeps leveling up. He’s evolved to a Hobgoblin but there’s always more to grow. The Hobgoblins who were out on expedition returned and we learn that two of them are Gobrou’s parents- though it’s never explicitly mentioned who those two exactly are and we soon see the reason why.
The “adults” were small-minded and thought might makes right so Gobrou had to teach their leader some lessons with that very method and soon became the leader of the entire goblin clan. He protected and wished to learn human knowledge from the kidnapped girls and soon he went out hunting after assigning all of his friends leadership roles in training the others in their respective specialty hunting and fighting skills.
Gobrou ventured too far into the Northern regions of the forest and encountered the foreshadowed red bear. They fought tooth and nail until Gobrou finally defeated him and ate him to ascend to an Ogre.
