Rebirth Island’s Debut To Happen In Spring 2024, As Activision Moves COD Warzone Mobile Release Window
As mentioned, players will have to wait until Spring 2024 for the worldwide release of Warzone Mobile, which is available only in select countries, including Australia, Chile, Norway, and Sweden. Activision has promised that Rebirth Island and Verdansk will become available in WZM upon its worldwide launch. Therefore, one will have to wait till Spring 2024 for the debut of iconic Warzone maps.
Although the developers have yet to clarify the specific reason behind the delay in WZM’s global launch, one can speculate that the postponement of the release window is related to multiple ongoing issues with the game. Interestingly, problems related to glitches, bugs, FPS, optimization on certain devices, and more have repeatedly been pointed out by various Reddit & other social media users.
Fortunately, Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile’s showcase at COD Next 2023 was seemingly smooth and well-optimized. Thus, hopefully, WZM might not have any further delays in its global release. Although developers didn’t confirm any release date, readers should expect the worldwide launch between February and March. At the same time, the WZM limited release might also expand to more regions before the global launch.
Currently, the pre-registrations for COD Warzone Mobile are going on in the Google Play and Apple App Store. Fans can register for WZM and keep checking Call of Duty’s Blog around the upcoming game to remain updated around the worldwide release window.
