What To Expect From Sakamoto Days Chapter 176
Chapter 175 of Sakamoto Days finished the backstory of Uzuki and Rion. This means that the next chapter of the manga will begin by showing us something new. The spoilers for the chapter are not available yet. So chapter 176 will probably show fans the aftermath of Akira Akao learning how her aunt Rion had died from the one who killed her. Other than that, we might also go back to Taro Sakamoto’s group and see how they are planning to realize their goal of opening a National Chain Store. Uzuki and his group’s plans at the JAA Sixth Base might also be revealed in the next chapter.
Sakamoto Days Chapter 175 Recap
Sakamoto Days chapter 175 started with showing Kei Uzuki waiting for the assassin he was ordered to kill by Sei Asaki. However, he did not know that the one he was supposed to kill was his friend Rion. He then attacked the car that Rion and the child she was protecting were in. Not knowing each other’s identities as they were both cloaked, the two friends started to fight.
Unfortunately, in the middle of their fight, Rion realized that the one she was fighting was Uzuki. She stopped, giving Uzuki the chance to stab her through her stomach. When he finally saw Rion’s face, he was distraught, but she congratulated him on finally winning against her. As she took her last breath, Rion told Uzuki that she had always wanted to protect kind people like him. Asaki then appears and tells him that he was naive to think that he could ever escape the cruel reality. He then apparently shoots Uzuki in the back, but the latter survives as he has a rare condition called Situs Inversus, which means all his major organs’ locations are inverted.
As he roams the streets with a gunshot wound, everyone looks at him with pity but no one helps him. It makes Uzuki realize that no one other than Rion ever tried to reach out to him and he wonders why a good person like her had to die while people like him and Asaki roam free. He decides then that he does not care what happens to anyone else other than the people he loves. He goes to Al-Kamar and successfully murders all the JAA members and staff who were there. He then rescues all his friends from the building, including Haruma, Gaku, Kumanomi, Tenkyu, and Gozu. All of them finally venture outside, promising to destroy everything.
