What Can You Expect From Sakamoto Days Chapter 179?
The next update of the manga will likely show us the aftermath of Sakamoto’s realization in the previous chapter. He would probably try to fight the Order members, starting with Torres, in order to improve his battle skills. On the other hand, fans might get a glimpse of how Kindaka will train Shin and Heisuke, who have vastly different capabilities.
Sakamoto Days Chapter 178 Recap
The latest chapter, titled, Means and End, starts with Kindaka refusing to train Shin, Heisuke, and Sakamoto as he owes Nagumo money. Sakamoto says that he will somehow get the money for him. He expresses his goal of defeating the JAA and the X organization so that he can open chain stores all across the country. After hearing this, Kindaka has a change of heart since he also hates the current JAA head, Sei Asaki, and wants to take them down. He agrees to become the mentor of Heisuke and Shin, who are still green. But he says he has nothing more to teach Sakamoto and the only way the legendary former assassin can become stronger is through fighting life and death battles against ‘you know who’. Sakamoto does not understand what his former teacher is referring to.
The story focuses on the order member Torres, who has lost a lot of money in horse racing. He then orders someone through a transmitter to start killing. Just then, a car almost rams into Sakamoto, who narrowly escapes. He fights off several assassins but does not kill them. Torres appears in front of him and asks why he did not take anyone’s life. He also tells Sakamoto that he owes the JAA 60.2 billion yen, and killing Sakamoto would be pointless now since he only has a bounty of 1 billion yen. Sakamoto realizes what Kindaka had meant by ‘you know who’ and now he would have to fight the Order members to become better.
