Sakamoto Days Chapter 184 Recap
Shackles inquires what Shin did to make everyone go still and fall over. But Shin only says that they tripped, causing Shackles to attack him. Thanks to his mind-reading abilities, Shin is able to dodge most of the hits even though he is handcuffed to the wall. Heisuke throws a frozen fish his way, which he uses to hit Shackles’ face. When Boiled asks Heisuke why he helped Shin when it will land him in trouble, the sharpshooter answers that he will always aid his friend no matter what.
Shackles then unleashes multiple chains and captures Shin. He orders his men to drop the temperature of the warehouse even further to freeze Shin. But when he attacks the boy again, Boiled uses his body to shield him and starts to bleed. He says that Shin and Heisuke reminded him what it means to be hard-boiled. He rips open Shin’s chains and falls over due to blood loss. Shin uses this opportunity to locate the control room and orders the men there to break everything with his power.
This causes a massive power outage, shrouding the room in darkness. Shackles starts to panic since he can’t see anything. Shin takes advantage of this and locates him by reading his mind. With a well-aimed punch at his jaw, Shin finally defeats Shackles. When the lights turn back on, Shackles begs him not to kill him, to which Shin says he’d let him go if he and Heisuke are sent to the B2 level. The chapter ends with Atari, whose prediction about three deaths in the prison turns out to be three cockroaches.
Sakamoto Days Chapter 185 Predictions
With Jo Shackles out of the way, Shin and Heisuke will likely be sent to the deepest level of the JAA Jail soon. Although they want to meet Atari there, it won’t be easy. More enemies and dangerous prisoners will make their jobs harder. Thankfully, Shin can now use his power during hand-to-hand fights better, making him much stronger than he was before. If Nagumo talks about Shin’s whereabouts to Sakamoto, then the protagonist might try to save them from the prison.
