But what will happen to him next?
Sakamoto Days Chapter 191 Explained Atari’s Sudden Bad Luck
As the group starts running away from Tenkyu, Shin asks Atari why she’s helping him. The guard reveals it’s because he’s her lucky item for today. When Atari keeps grabbing onto his shirt, Shin tries to push her away. But a flower pot immediately falls onto her head and she steps onto a hundred pieces of gum. She pleads with Shin to stay close to her to provide her with some luck. Tenkyu suddenly appears in front of them and attacks Atari. Shin tries to run away with the fortune teller but the archer shoots his shoulder.
He then picks up Atari and asks her to make things right with his friend Kei. Atari says she can’t do it because Kei’s alter ego will never accept him. Tenkyu then tells her to use her Fortune Teller luck to fix it. Atari reveals that everyone has a limited amount of luck they can use during their life. As a fortune teller, she borrowed luck from her future to avoid being killed all this while. But now the luck has run away as she has used it up for the JAA.
The archer points out that she must have some luck left if she is still alive. Atari says that she is saving it for something important. Tenkyu starts choking her and says that sometimes people just want what someone else has. At that moment, Shin realizes how dangerous it is to let a person like Tenkyu live. He attacks the archer, saving Atari from his grasp. He then announces that he is resigning from the Sakamoto Store, which forbade him from killing anyone. He hands his nametag to Atari and hopes she gets some luck from it.
What Will Happen If Shin Kills Tenkyu?
The reason why Shin stays behind and tells Heisuke to get Atari out is because he wants to kill Tenkyu. After joining Sakamoto’s crew, he swore to never murder another person again. However, Tenkyu is a psychopath who might even kill Sakamoto’s wife and child to make up with his friend Kei. Shin realizes that deep down he’s still an assassin and can’t let this person ruin the life of Taro Sakamoto, the man who had saved him. As he gets ready to take the skilled and cruel archer down, fans have many theories about what might happen to Shin next.
If Heisuke and the others get out of the field and find someone who can help them before Shin actually murders Tenkyu. Some readers believe that Atari will stay behind and use up her leftover luck to help Shin deliver the final blow, killing herself in the process. However, there’s a chance Shin won’t let that happen. It doesn’t seem that Sakamoto will actually ever take Shin back if he ends up murdering Tenkyu. But if he chooses to not go back, Shin might become close to another group and learn more amazing skills using his ESP.
A few fans are worried about Tenkyu being the victor and killing Shin. But with his development arc having just begun, it doesn’t seem like the deuteragonist will die so soon. The person most likely to die in the next few chapter seems to be Atari, which will be devastating for the readers. However, people are still hopeful about a miracle taking place before something tragic happens. No matter what, you can expect to see some really cool battle scenes from Sakamoto Days chapter 192, which is coming out on Sunday, December 1, 2024.
