Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles Basic Plot
Haruto Amakawa, a Japanese college student, dies in a train crash before he can reunite with his childhood friend, Miharu Ayase, whom he hasn’t seen in five years. However, his memories and personality are resurrected in the body of a boy named Rio.
Rio lives in the slums of the Bertram Kingdom in the Stralh region of another world. Rio’s goal is to seek revenge for his mother’s murder, which he witnessed as a child. Complicating matters, Rio becomes involved in a kidnapping case related to two princesses.
Despite being shunned by most of his peers due to his peasant background, Rio gains acceptance to the kingdom’s academy for studying magic and swordsmanship. He must overcome the prejudices of his fellow Noble classmates and prove them wrong to gain friends and companionship.
