Shiva Nandy, reveals what to expect from Skyesports in 2023
Skyesports, one of the prominent names in the esports industry is all set for another year. After a successful year full of tournaments and many new collaborations in 2022, Skyesports have expanded to Southeast Asia. The Chennai-based esports and gaming venture’s founder Shiva Nandy revealed it on his official Twitter account story.
Skyesports hosted multiple titles and were responsible for regenerating the Dota 2 and CS:GO scenario in the country. With this, the year 2023 will surely shape CS:GO and Dota 2 esports in India. But the most surprising news was the expansion of Skyesports in the Middle East. Keep reading to know more about the road map of 2023.
Surprise for the Year 2023
The planning is done and every region will have its events upcoming. Skyesports has planned out that they are going to divide the respective tournaments according to the region and country.
Here is the list of tournaments that will be seen for the regions.
- India – This time, fans will be able to witness the greatest battles of CS:GO, and Dota. With the recent conclusion of Skyesports Championship 4.0, fans are demanding more CS:GO and Dota 2 tournaments. And Skyesports main moto is to bring those tournaments back into action. Well, not only this the roadmap also includes Pokémon Unite, Call of Duty Mobile, and Real Cricket. These tournaments will be packed up for the Indian region.
- Southeast Asia – For the Southeast Asian region, Skyesports has planned to conduct tournaments of PUBG Mobile, Mobile Legends Bang Bang, Pokémon UNITE, CS:GO and Dota 2. Again, some action-packed entertainments are up in 2023.
Middle East – As stated by Skyesports and Shiva Nandy earlier, Skyesports was set to expand over to the desserts, and this year we can see that incoming. And the games that are stored for this region are PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, and Honor of Kings.

So, as you all read about the complete plan, the month-wise division is not yet released, we can say the year 2023 will be bigger than ever. Skyesports have achieved a great height, and with the recent official recognition of Esports in the country by the Government of India, this will surely bring a lot of growth.
