With the Star Wars Outlaws release date on the horizon, Ubisoft is actively promoting the game’s pre-orders and revealing more details. The publisher of the upcoming action-adventure title recently disclosed the system requirements for PCs. Given that the devs recommended upscalers, Star Wars Outlaws is expected to receive graphical improvements in the future.
Star Wars Outlaws Release Date And Early Access
August 30, 2024, is the scheduled Star Wars Outlaws release date as can be witnessed on the Ubisoft Store. The open-world sci-fi game was announced in 2021 and its title was revealed at the 2023 Xbox Games Showcase. This year, Ubisoft dropped multiple trailers to reveal the game’s open-world experience, storyline, and mechanics.
Gamers with early access don’t need to wait for the Star Wars Outlaws release date. They can be a part of Kay Vess’ adventures from August 27 onwards. Fortunately, unlike the EA Sports FC 25 pre-orders, the pre-order bonus for Outlaws applies to the Standard Edition as well.

Star Wars Oultaws Price & Pre-Order Editions
There are three Star Wars Outlaws pre-order editions – Standard, Gold, and Ultimate – and each provides the base game alongside a pre-order bonus. The Standard Edition doesn’t include the Season Pass and early access benefit. Fans will need to purchase the pass and available cosmetic bundles separately.
The Gold Edition of Star Wars includes the base game, early access advantage, Season Pass, and pre-order bonus. According to the official news, the Season Pass will include two post-launch DLCs. Moreover, it will unlock the ‘Jabba’s Gambit’ exclusive mission and reward players with the ‘Kessel Runner Character Pack’ that has exclusive cosmetics for Kay and Nix.
The Ultimate Edition provides the best experience to Star Wars fans. Apart from the features mentioned in the Gold Edition, the Ultimate includes a Digital Art Book containing the game’s visuals and artwork, the Rogue Infiltrator Bundle, and the Sabacc Shark Bundle. Both bundles include exclusive cosmetics for the main characters, Kay and Nix.

Leaked gameplay footage of Star Wars Outlaws revealed the Xbox controls of the game and the open-world elements that players can encounter as they take the role of Kay Vess. Additionally, the seemingly early game clip shows Kay being pursued by enemies while she rides a speeder bike.
