The three-month-long grueling tournament Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2024 has come to a conclusion with an exciting Grand Finals LAN event, where top 16 teams came at loggerheads. After 18 matches and multiple shuffles across BGIS 2024 Grand Finals points table, Team XSpark (TX) has emerged as the winner by securing 142 points with a late flourish. At the same time, Global Esports also put forth an exceptional performance to become the runner-up of the tournament.

BGIS 2024 Grand Finals: Team XSpark Claims ₹60,00,000, While Global Esports Won ₹3,000,000 For Finishing Second
TX has also fetched ₹60,00,000 as the first place prize money, while Global Esports finished in second place and claimed ₹3,000,000. Reckoning Esports was the second runner-up and was awarded ₹2,000,000 by the organizers. The Grand Finals Day 1 table-topper IQOO Soul finished in fourth place, after having a rather disappointing second half.
Apart from finishing in second place, Global Esports also dominated the individual category awards. GE’s Tanjot “NinjaBoi” Singh won three out four individual prizes, including ‘MVP of BGIS,’ ‘Most Finishes,’ and ‘Rampage.’ Robin “Robin” Shekhawat for MOGO Esports also won the ‘Lone Survivor’ award, as he fetched ₹100,000 in prize money.
For the uninitiated, Team XSpark was initially knocked out after the Grind Stage and had to fight it out again from the BGIS Round 1. After toiling hard and dominating across the following stages, TX reaching the Grand Finals where it finished at third on Day 1.
On the second day of Grand Finals, TX moved up by a position and equipped the second place. After fighting in 15 matches, Team XSpark won its first WWCD of the Grand Finals. The only WWCD win was instrumental in earning TX the first position on the points table.
