What Can You Expect From The Elusive Samurai Episode 9?
In the last update, Tokiyuki Hojo faced Shokan all by himself in a locked room. Despite being creeped out by his opponent, Tokiyuki was able to use the technique that Fubuki taught him and injured Shokan. In the next episode, fans will see him use his miraculous gift of elusiveness to land more attacks on the villain and ultimately defeat him. On the other hand, Ayako and Kojiro will take on one of Shokan’s lackeys while Fubuki will fight the other. Genba will probably make an appearance if the situation gets too dire.
The Elusive Samurai Episode 8 Recap
The newest installment begins with Fubuki and the Elusive Warriors creating a plan to defend the village from Shokan’s attack and defeat them. Kojiro and Genba were tasked with calling reinforcements from the Suwa temple while the rest of the group, along with the children from the village, got ready to fight. After the meeting, Tokiyuki asks Fubuki for help with sword training. Although Fubuki is surprised to see Tokiyuki’s excellent dodging skills, his attacks are really weak. In the end, Fubuki teaches Tokiyuki a new sword technique that will suit his elusive style perfectly, but can only be used in a one-on-one battle.
The next day, Shokan and his men attack the village and most of them get caught by the traps set by the children. A lot of them die from the countless arrows aimed at them by the Suwa Temple warriors. However, Shokan and three of his strongest men are able to dodge all attacks and reach the village. Fubuki’s plan works perfectly and they are able to kill one of the men and distract the others by throwing pepper in their eyes. Ayako and Kojiro lead Shokan to a room where they lock him in with Tokiyuki. Shokan and Tokiyuki talk and the villain reveals that he takes pleasure from selling kids for money after killing their parents. The two fight, but none of them are able to land a solid attack. On the other hand, Ayako and Kojiro come back to see Fubuki defending himself against two of Shokan’s men. They distract one of them while Fubuki finally faces Shokan’s last remaining lackey. Back in the locked room, Tokiyuki uses the sword technique Fubuki taught him and draws blood from Shokan’s hand even though he is covered in battle armor.
