10- Flying Raijin
User: Tobirama, Minato Namikaze
This powerful jutsu in Naruto allows the user to teleport himself or other targets including entire attacks over long distances instantly. Once two spots are manually marked by the user of this jutsu, they can teleport to it instantly regardless of speed or distance. This is broken in the right hands as we saw Minato use it as his signature jutsu.
9- Rasenshuriken

Perhaps the strongest and most versatile powerful jutsu in Naruto, the Rasenshuriken combines the Rasengan along with a Wind Release that shapes the attack into a shuriken. Apart from the basic one, it’s other Sage Mode variations are as follows:
- Ultra Big Ball Rasenshuriken: A giant rasenshuriken the size of a small tailed beast.
- Bijuu Bomb Rasenshuriken: A Rasenshuriken with a Tailed Beast Bomb (Bijuu Bomb) serving as the core.

6- Edo Tensei

This pseudo-resurrection jutsu can revive the dead in a false body composed of anything the user wishes and the dead is revived with their full Chakra reserve and the ability to use all the jutsus they used in life infinitely as they never run out of Chakra. Their body also heals infinitely. If that wasn’t enough, all the dead follow the commands of the user of this technique. This is one of the most powerful jutsu in Naruto and was used to start the Fourth Great Ninja War.
5- Rinnegan
User: Madara, Obito, Pain
Rinnegan is technically the next stage of Mangekyo Sharingan. Of all of its broken abilities, the strongest ones are as follows:
- All Mighty Push/Pull: Repel or attract specific targets, including human beings with great force. All Mighty Push is a powerful jutsu in Naruto that was used to destroy the entire village of Konoha in one attack.
- Chibaku Tensei: Creates a mini blackhole near a target and slams surrounding rocks and debris to it at a great force to crush and trap the target into an inescapable ball of stone.
- True Ressurection: Actually revives a person from death. It was used to revive Kakashi after the Naruto vs Pain fight.
4- Mangekyo Sharingan
User: Shusui, Itachi, Madara, Sasuke, Obito, Kakashi
Getting the Mangekyo Sharingan is basically like getting the ultimate hack in Narutoverse. Though you can only get it if you’re an Uchiha, have seen 6-9 of your loved ones die and killed a loved one by your own hands. But hey- worth it. Some of it’s broken jutsus are as follows:
- Susanoo: A dense omnidirectional armor of chakra that’s been called the “Perfect Defense”. Specific users can also wield specific Chakra weapons alongside their Susanoo.
- Amaterasu: If you can see it, you can ignite it in black flames that don’t stop burning unless it turns its target into ashes. It also cannot be removed in most cases.
- Izanami: It’s a broken genjutsu that can “decide” destiny by trapping the opponent in a time loop unless they change their ways and reform themselves. This was what reformed Kabuto and is one of the most powerful jutsu in Naruto.
- Izanagi: A pair to Izanami, this broken genjutsu can “alter” destiny by rewriting reality itself- including a fatal wound or even death. Both of these techniques are so overpowered that they leave the eye with which it is used blind.
- Tsukuyomi: An unbreakable genjutsu that deals immense psychological damage.
- Kamui: An ability specific to Obito, this allows him a dimension of his own which he can use to teleport long distances, phase through attacks and matter and even trap or attack opponents spatially.
- Kotoamatsukami: A broken genjutsu only available to Shusui, it can manipulate an opponent by plunging them into an undetectable genjutsu to the point the victims think they are still following their free will. 3- Rinnesharingan

- Tengai Shinsei: Pull giant meteors from space.

- Sword of Nunoboko: Can terraform the planet and create or destroy anything in existence.
