5 Best Valorant Agents To Duo With Yoru
Yoru has one of the strongest skillsets in Valorant. Not only can he teleport from Site to another with Gatecrash but his Ultimate allows him to survey the battlefield while moving at a high pace. He can even pick up the Spike and move to a different Site while in his invulnerable Ultimate state. Moreover, the Duelist from Japan can coordinate with other Agents to leave the enemies with no chance of escape:-
Omen & Yoru
The two masters of teleportation can work in tandem to destroy enemies. Omen’s Shrouded Step (C-ability) allows him to teleport onto objects/towers in his range, creating different shooting angles. Yoru, after spotting the enemy, can teleport to a safe location and lure the opponents to Omen’s line of sight after which both can neutralize them.
Omen can also send his Paranoia to blind enemies after which Yoru can teleport behind the team, swiftly eliminating them. To give more protection to Yoru for his TP, Omen can use Dark Cover to smoke the area where his Duelist teammate has placed his Gatecrash.
Clove & Yoru
Similar to Omen, Clove can provide cover for Yoru during his teleportations. She can use her smokes on top of Gatecrash. Clove’s health-stealing and resurrection abilities can work well with the aggressive playstyle of Yoru.
Breach & Yoru
Breach’s crowd-controlling abilities suit the aggressive play of Yoru. Thanks to his arsenal of stuns and flashes, Breach can create openings for Yoru to attack, especially in small Maps like Ascent and Bind. His tremors can distract opponents after which Yoru can teleport behind the enemies and take them down. Both can also use this tactic while using their Ultimate: Breach’s concussing tremor giving leeway for Yoru to deactivate his Ultimate after flanking the opponents.
Phoenix & Yoru
Both Duelists have flash abilities in their skillset that can be used to check corners or for rushing. Phoenix can even close some areas of the Map by placing the Hot Hands fire pit, allowing Yoru to teleport safely. If both Yoru and Phoenix work together, flashing enemies one by one as they move together, they can be extremely difficult to overcome for the enemy team.
Raze & Yoru
Raze creates unique shooting angles after elevating herself with the Blast Pack satchel. Opponents have to be mindful of the Duelist’s attacks from above. If Yoru too starts playing mind games by using his teleport and decoys, enemies rarely get a chance to understand their predicament before being eliminated. Yoru and Raze are the ultimate duo due to their skillset that allows for both strategic and aggressive play on any Map.
