Current scenario of Six Invitational 2023 Playoffs
Fans witnessed the live actions of the biggest Rainbow Six Siege event at Place Bell venue in Montreal, Canada. The Six Invitational 2023, organised by Ubisoft in sponsorship with Predator, PayPal and Aim Lab reached the playoffs stage after intense Group Stage games. For some teams, it didn’t go well as big teams like FaZe Clan, Team Liquid, and Heroic are out of the tournament. Yesterday, fans saw the Upper Bracket Quarterfinals, Lower Bracket Round 1 and Lower Bracket Round 2. However, the most important focus was on the fixtures between G2 Esports vs FaZe Clan and Team BDS vs Team Liquid. It was a battle of survival between the teams, though G2 Esports and Team BDS secured their victories and advanced to the next round.

A detailed look at the Day 2 matches
The Upper Bracket teams opened Day 2 with their fixtures. It consisted of a total of 4 matches which first began with MNM Gaming vs Oxygen Esports then LOS + oNe vs Wolves Esports, KOI vs DarkZero, and M80 vs w7m esports. Let’s have a look at the scores and results of the matches.
1. MNM Gaming vs Oxygen Esports
Oregon was the first map of the game and Oxygen Esports won it by 7-8 scores. The second game was played on the Skyscraper map and Oxygen Esports claimed back-to-back wins with the same score of 7-8.
2. LOS + oNe vs Wolves Esports
The first map was Clubhouse, Wolves secured a win by 3-7. Later the second game which was played on the Villa map was won by the Wolves as they secured a win by 7-8.
3. KOI vs DarkZero
KOI won both the maps as in Theme park they won by a score of 8-7 and in Skyscraper, they won by 7-5.
4. M80 vs w7m esports
M80 began the show with a win on the Border map with a score of 8-7. Later w7m esports won the match securing two back-to-back wins. On Oregon, they won by 3-7 and on Clubhouse the score remained 4-7.
Lower Bracket Round 1
1. Heroic vs Spacestation Gaming
Spacestation Gaming won back-to-back maps and secured their win by eliminating Heroic. On Kafe Dostoyevsky, the score remained 7-8 and later on Chalet, the score remained 4-7.
2. G2 Esports vs FaZe Clan
It was one of the interesting games as two of the heavyweights clashed against each other. FaZe Clan was up against the 2019 winners first on the Clubhouse map and began with a win by 5-7. In the second map of the day, which was Villa, G2 Esports managed to get back their momentum and made it a 7-5 victory. The third map was Theme Park, G2 Esports won the game by 7-4. With this win, they eliminated FaZe Clan from the Six Invitational.
3. Soniqs vs Astralis
The first map was Border and Soniqs won the game by 7-5. Astralis claimed back-to-back wins on Oregon and Theme Park with the same score of 5-7.
4. Team BDS vs Team Liquid
Team Liquid began with a win on the Chalet map with a score of 4-7. But later Team BDS snatched the victory as they won Clubhouse and Theme Park maps with a score of 7-4.
