After the 6th round, it was again a show of LOUD as they extended their first-half lead by 9-3 with furious attacking plays. Loud’s aspas began his show and accumulated 24 kills with only 9 kills.

LOUD players began with a dominating force as they went right ahead with an 8-round win streak finishing the first half with a 9-3 score. Later the beginning was smooth for the team at the start of the second half as they made it 11-3. However, after the 15th round, DRX slowly got back on track and made it 11-8. But Cauanzin managed to get hold of the game for LOUD and made it 12-8. LOUD’s Saadhak, with his defuse in the last round, helped the team to win the game by 13-8. LOUD made it 2-0 in the best of 5 series.
DRX disrupts LOUD’s cherry on top moment
Home fans were waiting for another clean sweep as LOUD was 1-win away from the Grand Final. But it was DRX that had an exceptional turnaround on Split. DRX began their show with a proper execution from MaKo. The game was under their control, and they led the first half by 3-9. A vital timeout was taken by DRX when LOUD was seen taking a grip of the game. But as soon as the game resumed, DRX gave a blow to LOUD as they won the game by 7-13.
DRX gets back on track following MaKo’s brilliance
The battle on Fracture was insane, as neither team were letting it go. The teams were up on a fierce battle, but eventually, the first half ended in a tie. However, soon after the second half got underway, DRX extended their lead. By building up constant pressure, MaKo with Brimstone gave proper site executions and controls with post-plant lineups. With Brimstone, he registered a total of 24 kills and, with a clutch in the final round, led DRX to win by 7-13, and they levelled the series by 2-2.

With just inches away, anything could have happened here following a complete turnaround. Now the teams were up on Ascent. LOUD players took a moment and got a lead in the first half by 7-5, DRX had some good retakes, though. DRX’s stax played a perfect smoke and made a great 1v3 clutch helping his team to get back on the scoresheet in the 16th round. But soon rectifying their mistakes, LOUD outperformed DRX and prevailed over them, making it a 13-8 victory.
Conclusion
LOUD made it clear that they were the ones going in for the finals after a narrow victory over DRX. The comeback was something fans would cherish as the Korean side showed good attacking prowess. However, it was aspas who got a whopping kill record of 93 after the conclusion of the matches, while DRX’s MaKo fell short with 86 kills.
