Warzone Rebirth Island Map Set To Make A Comeback On April 3
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Warzone Season 3 is set to commence on April 3, 2024 at 9:00 am PT / 4:00 pm UTC and Rebirth Island will make its way back to the game on the same day. Activision is set to release a Season 3 launch trailer for the map on March 26, 2024 at 08:00 am PT, which will unveil new details around the returning Resurgence map in Warzone.
Fortune’s Keep, which returned in Season 2, received some revamps on multiple locations, while a few POIs (points of interest) were renamed. Players can expect similar revamps for Rebirth Island, which itself is a remake of Alcatraz map that originally featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s Blackout mode. In a recent teaser image posted by the devs, here are the confirmed POIs that will be featured on the map:
- Bioweapons
- Chemical Engineering
- Industry
- Harbor
- Prison
- Dock
- Control Center
- Headquarters
- Factory
- Living Quarters
- Stronghold
In Season 3, Rebirth Island will once again be available as a part of Resurgence mode, which allows players to respawn multiple times, as long as one of their teammates are still alive in a match. It is also available in Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile, as a part of the WZM global launch content. Players can follow Call of Duty on social media and tune into its official YouTube channel to catch the WZ Season launch trailer.
