DPC Western Europe Dota 2 Division I nearing closing action
Yet another DPC Tour 1 is underway and has reached the concluding stage with only 2 match days left. Organised by PGL, the DPC WEU Tour 1 Division I began on 9th January with a total of 8 teams. The tournament is sponsored by Esports Bet and holds a prize pool of $205,000 and Pro Circuit Points of 690. The gameplay server for the tournament is based in Europe West. Just like the other ongoing regional leagues for the DPC, this league also follows a Single round-robin format and the top 4 teams will make their way to the Lima Major. It reached Week 3 Matchday 2, which gave a total of 3 games, and fans witnessed Nigma Galaxy, Gaimin Gladiators, and Entity registering their wins.

A total of three games were played which gave some intense action. PGL live-streamed the matches on their YouTube channel. Matchday 2 started with the match between OG vs Nigma Galaxy. Later, Into the Breach was up against Gaimin Gladiators and the last match of the day was between Tundra Esports vs Entity.
OG vs Nigma Galaxy

- Game 1: OG’s hero lineup included Tiny, Rubick, Enigma, Slark, and Invoker. Nigma Galaxy picked Tusk, Death Prophet, Lycan, Enchantress, and Sven. After a game of 48 minutes and 32 seconds, OG got the victory.
- Game 2: OG this time picked Rubick, Death Prophet, Tusk, Ursa, and Enigma. Nigma Galaxy began with lo, Leshrac, Riki, Slark, and Nature’s Prophet. Nigma Galaxy won the game after 28 minutes and 40 seconds.
- Game 3: After the defeat, OG went ahead with Rubick, Beastmaster, Treant Protector, Sniper, and Snapfire. Nigma Galaxy picked Naga Siren, Razor, Undying, Nature’s Prophet, and Keeper of the Light. After 40 minutes and 58 seconds, Nigma Galaxy secured their win.
Into The Breach vs Gaimin Gladiators
