Each version update has introduced many non-playable characters (NPCs) in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2. Update 29.30 added another Greek God to the battle royale map, Apollo. Returning NPCs such as Graveheart, Meowscles, and Peely have also evoked positive responses from the player community.
NPC characters in Fortnite provide special items and services to a player in exchange for Gold Bars. Some of them like the Spartan Assassin or Bravo Leader could even be dueled and after being defeated, they provide multiple items to the victor.
All NPC Locations In Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2
In Chapter 5 Season 2, there are 23 NPCs in the Fortnite map. They can be found all over the map, especially in popular Points of Interest (POIs). These non-playable characters have a speech bubble icon on top of their head indicating that they can be interacted with.
Listed below are all NPC locations in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2:-
- Aang – North of the Grand Glacier, inside the Air Elemental Shrine atop a mountain.
- Apollo – Summit Temple landmark.
- Artemis – The main entrance of Lavish Lair.
- Aphrodite – South of Fencing Fields, inside the Lovely Lodge landmark.
- Bravo Leader – At the lowest level of Snooty Steppes, near a black van.
- Charon – North of Lavish Lair on the isolated Cloistered Castle landmark.
- Clara – Northwest of Reckless Railways at the Cemetary landmark.
- Etheria – North of Restored Reels. Located outside a house that is on the other side of the bridge.
- Graveheart – The Cemetary landmark.
- Hope – Wandering inside the Grand Glacier Hotel.
- Jittershock – Northwest of Snooty Steppes at the Reclaimed Villa landmark.
- Katara – Southeast of Grand Glacier, inside the Water Shrine at the easternmost edge of the map.
- Khari – West of Mount Olympus at the Pantheon Path landmark.
- Laguna – The Rescue Station landmark, north of both Reckless Railways and Grand Glacier.
- Meowscles – The Lil Villa landmark located near Fencing Fields.
- Medusa – Northern extent of Fencing Fields.
- Myna – East of Rebel’s Roost, near a campsite.
- Noorah – Located next to a fishing boat northwest of Lil’ Villa.
- Peely – South of Restored Reels.
- Poseidon – Reckless Railways.
- Spartan Assassin – East of Classy Courts, across the waterbody, in a landmark named Slumberyard.
- Toph – Southwest of Pleasant Piazza inside the Earth Elemental Shrine.
- Zuko – North of Rebel’s Roost inside the Fire Elemental Shrine.
Four NPC Olympian bosses are also present on the map. Unlike the aforementioned NPCs, these bosses are hostile to any ‘intruders’ and will attack the player the moment they find them. Defeating them in battle will reward players with unique items along with Medallions that give special powers.

The Avatar Elements event introduced Aang, Zuko, Katara, and Toph as new NPCs in the Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2. They can be found in Elemental Shrines in Fortnite; temples that provide manuscripts upon being interacted. These manuscripts can be picked up to learn different elemental techniques such as Firebending or Waterbending.
