Wind Breaker Chapter 154 Recap
Right from the beginning, fans saw an all-out battle between Chika and Umemiya in the latest issue, which was titled ‘Raging Inferno’. The two fighters beat each other bloody, which really worried Sakura. He asks Endo if Umemiya and Chika will be alright since both of them seem to be really dangerous. Endo laughs and reminds him that back when he was a part of Furin High School, Chika never lost a fight against Umemiya, and all their battles resulted in a draw.
Endo tells Sakura that Umemiya always used to bug Chika to join his team. But when Umemiya gathered quite a few followers and created Bofurin, Chika decided to leave the school which had become a peaceful place. Endo and the other Noroshi members also left with him since they didn’t agree with Umemiya’s philosophy. Endo says that now he realizes how much Chika enjoyed fighting against the angry and nasty Umemiya. If he had understood this before, he would have stopped Furin from changing so Chika could keep battling Umemiya.
Endo then comments on how Chika has been waiting forever to fight Umemiya again. We then see Umemiya slamming Chika into the metal wire fence, which makes his opponent laugh. Chika then lands some powerful blows on Umemiya while stopping all his attacks. In the end, he slams the Bofurin Leader onto the ground, seemingly causing him to pass out from the trauma.
Wind Breaker Chapter 155 Predictions
Fans are understandably anxious about Umemiya losing consciousness as this could spell the end of their fight. If Umemiya loses, Chika will gain control of the school and Bofurin and change back to its original delinquent form. This will endanger all the townspeople who depend on Bofurin to protect them. If Umemiya does not wake up in the next chapter, Sakura will likely try to intervene and fight Chika himself. We might also get an update on the other Bofurin members who went away to make sure all the attackers have left the town.
