The limited-period event, Depths of Illusive Realm, is all set to return in Wuthering Waves 1.1 with brand-new content and free rewards. The new content, “Dreams Ablaze in Darkness,” will feature latest mechanics like Tokens, Memetic Tuning, and Symphony Ranks. At the same, the Wuthering Waves 1.1 Depths of Illusive Realm event will allow players to try out new resonators after certain stages.

Wuthering Waves 1.1 Depths of Illusive Realm Event: Start Date, Duration, And Eligibility
The time-limited event is coming back in Wuthering Waves 1.1 on July 4, 2024 at 10:00 am (server time) and will remain online for almost a month. The event will go offline on August 5, 2024 at 03:59 am (server time). During the event is active, players will Union Level 17 or above can participate and claim various rewards.
Wuthering Waves 1.1 Depths of Illusive Realm Event: Rewards & New Content
The temporary Wuthering Waves 1.1 event features a roguelike game mode that requires players to clear five stages of challenges with varying difficulties, which involve clearing the Memory Rooms full of enemies and bosses. The event also lets players choose trial resonators, alongside Illusive Echoes, Metaphors (Echo Upgrades), Character Upgrades, and more that assist in clearing the stages by elevating the strength and attributes.
The version 1.1 of the event has brought three new mechanics — Tokens, Memetic Tuning, and Symphony Ranks — which will also assist players in upgrading their resonators’ strengths. The Tokens will provide attribute bonuses after completion of a challenge in Memory Zone, the Memetic Tuning will let players to adjust the difficulty and reward drop rate of exploration. The Symphony Ranks of A or above, during battles, will offer buffs.
For the unversed, after entering the battles, the certain Symphony Ranks between D, C, B, A, S and SS, which will activate. These ranks can decrease or increase, depending upon whether resonators are being attacked or attacking. Thus, the special buffs will come into play, after resonators have reached Symphony Rank A or above. Interestingly, Depths of Illusive Realm event’s Stage III & IV challenges will also offer four resonators for trial — Jinhsi, Changli, Jianxin, and Sanhua.
During the event, players will get to claim various rewards, which include 1,000 Astrites, one Malleable Elite Class Echo I, one Malleable Elite Class Echo II, 360 Premium Tuners, 36 Premium Sealed Tubes and other development materials. Thus, players can participate in the Depths of Illusive Realm event, the moment it releases, to claim all free rewards in Wuthering Waves 1.1.
