Wuthering Waves leakers have been searching for more information about the Version 1.3 characters. The Shorekeeper and Youhu’s potential Element and Weapon were revealed almost instantly after Kuro Games completed the drip marketing. However, how the two female Resonators fit into the roster is the source of discussion. Thanks to the latest piece of information from reliable leaker @WutheringWives, the mystery around Youhu and The Shorekeeper’s prospective abilities has disappeared.
Wuthering Waves 1.3 Characters To Potentially Be Healers
Wuthering Waves 1.3 characters, The Shorekeeper and Youhu, are going to be healers according to the leaker. This will potentially reduce a player’s reliance on existing healer characters like Baizhi and most importantly, Verina. Previous leaks did mention that the Version 1.3 entries would boast a Sub-DPS role but could be easily switched to a Support with a different build.
There are multiple options for healing in Wuthering Waves, including teleporting to a Resonance Beacon or consuming health items. However, getting significant healing during battles has been a problem. A team has to rely on Verina and Baizhi to get their HP restored during tough battles. Although they are bulky, they lack damage and could be overwhelmed by high-level enemies.
The addition of more healers in the form of Wuthering Waves 1.3 characters will add more flexibility and efficiency to one’s team. Given that The Shorekeeper and Youhu are stated to be Sub-DPS, they are most likely to pack more powerful attacking skills than Baizhi and Verina.
Fortunately, Kuro Games is allowing Rovers to store Radiant Tides for the upcoming Wuthering Waves 1.3 characters by giving a 5-star Resonator for free. Wuthering Waves By Moon’s Grace Event will feature Xiangli Yao as a reward soon. However, players will need to complete the Main Story to unlock the Moon Chasing Festival alongside other events and sub stories.
Wuthering Waves Version 1.3 update is expected to hit the stores at the end of September following the conclusion of Xiangli Yao’s banner. Interestingly, the free Electro Resonator will also appear in the Convenes, giving players a chance to obtain duplicates.
