“HIT THOSE HEAD SHOTS”: Executive Producer Mark Rubin Shares One Of The Most Crucial XDefiant Tips For Lesser TTK
In one of his recent X posts, XDefiant’s executive producer, Mark Rubin, shared an obvious-yet-important tip, which will allow players to reduce the ‘time to kill.’ In the post, Rubin wrote,
“OK here is the most duh obvious PSA I can give you but it’s also insanely important: – HIT THOSE HEAD SHOTS!!!!”
He continued explaining,
“Head shots are super powerful in this game. They change the TTK sooooo much. Takes practice but that’s what this game is about. It want’s you to get better.”
For the uninitiated, the XDefiant EP is referring to the headshot multipliers, which significantly enhance the damage output to even twice, in some cases. It will allow players to kill off an opponent using lesser shots. Thus, hitting the headshots consistently will ensure a decrease in TTK. One will have to keep practicing harder in the game to get better and hit more headshots.
Apart from stressing upon scoring more headshots, Rubin also responded to one of the players on X and confirmed the potential introduction of killcams in XDefiant. For the unversed, killcams capture the kill of a player from the perspective of the opponent (killer).
Rubin, who has also served as an executive producer for COD developer Infinity Ward till 2015, had recently shared some mode-specific XDefiant tips, which fans can check out in the following clip:
That concludes our coverage around the recently Rubin’s tip(s) around the TTK, but fans can also check out four things XDefiant must do to become ‘Call Of Duty Killer.‘
