Question: As we know, the qualification for BMPS is tough—from 96 to 16 teams. What has worked well for you to have made it so far?
Pukar: BMPS is quite a different tournament from BGIS, with 96 teams to 16 qualifiers. When I got to know about it, I thought it was pretty simple—only the best 16 will qualify. It’s not really that tough. We played as we usually do, and we got in.
Question: Right after BGIS, you had some roster changes. SPRAYGOD joined, for instance. So what have you done that your synergy worked well fast enough for us to see the performance?
Pukar: Synergy normally requires a lot of time. It’s already been three years since SPRAYGOD joined. We’ve had time to adjust, and we have time right now. Let’s see how it goes.
Question: How big of a role did Scout play in motivating his team and taking them this far?
Pukar: While Scout is the owner of the team, we regard him as our mentor and brother.
Question: Obviously, you’ve got a very hectic schedule with your back-to-back performances. But what’s next after BMPS 2023?
Pukar: Let’s see what events come up. The team will remain the same, that’s for sure. We’ll keep working hard, so please keep supporting us.
Question: Are you guys taking a vacation soon? It’s been a hectic couple of days. Is there anything you have planned as a break right after BMPS?
Pukar: I’ll just visit my family, and stay with them for a week or two. And then I’ll be back.
